A better plan is to figure out how to take all his money away. That would make him live through the humility. (If someone does figure out how to take his money and wants to give it to me, I’ll put it to much better use.)
I wouldn’t take a penny of his Nazi-tainted money; BUT start with sedition, plotting to overthrow the government, money laundering, got to be drugs involved, etc.
Then apply asset forfeiture. IIRC, any money seized by the government goes to pay down the debt.
