If the guy had a fraudulent ID/ss card...there was obviously money being pulled out for Social Security/taxes.

When you are using a phony id you can file taxes under the fake name and get all kinds of refunds for EIC, etc. My wife does investigations for id theft and she tried to explain it to me once but I couldn’t quite get it because it sounded like an unbelievably stupid law.
No one. No one ever ran his info thru e-verify. He was not paying SS neither were his emplyers.
A guy that works for me three contribution streams to his SS account. SS and ICE have been informed. SS doesn’t care and he will not get the benefit from the extra deposits.
Dunno—but maybe he hoped to outlive him, and collect everything?
