Try Tunnels Beach for the snorkeling, and The Beach House in Poipu for Dinner.

Kalaheo Coffee Co & Cafe is a great place for breakfast. There are multiple good places to snorkel. We had good luck at Poipu Beach. Everyday we were there the snorkeling was awesome along with sea turtles and Monk Seals
