As long as the Trump administration's position against these wacky liberal judge rulings is to challenge them in court, then the terrorists have won.

Trump needs to say that one of these rulings violates separation of powers and that he will ignore it.

If the GOP makes gains in Congress, they should seriously consider a Judiciary Act of 2019 and reorganize the lower courts to rein them in.
