It means they hate each & every one of us who voted Pres. Trump into office but they have not yet figured out how to put teeth in their belief and cause us real harm.

It’s the Left’s standard trope for nearly all modern Republican presidents: they’re stupid men who surround themselves with devious manipulators who wield the actual levers of power.

It goes all the way back to at least Eisenhower, who, although a war hero, was seen as incurious and disengaged by the Left. The only exception to this rule was Nixon, who the left saw as equally evil and devious as his underlings.

But everyone else: Ike, Ford, Reagan, Bush 1&2, were all seen as - as Leftist elitist Clark Clifford once said of Reagan - “amiable dunces.”
