Yep, I believe in this case and every other the max ten year sentence should apply, and it would be great if this judge wound dish it out because s/he is not bound by this plea agreement.

I’d just as soon they throw away the key, but I think this is enough to deter other entitled snowflake idiots to think twice. I hadn’t heard about this case in a while and was recently wondering what happened. I LOVED that she was too stupid to know that they record prison phone calls and they had her on tape telling a family member how she planned to play the “cute” ( her word, not mine) little waif in court to BS the jury
