Now, any leak to Brennan is a crime.Since a "leak" is, by definition, to a person who doesn't have a "need to know," it always was a crime. Clearance by itself doesn't bestow access.

Thanks for posting this: “Since a “leak” is, by definition, to a person who doesn’t have a “need to know,” it always was a crime. Clearance by itself doesn’t bestow access!”
The Muslim/Commie,Brennan, the day he left the CIA, did not have any need to know anything that was classified even down to confidential.
If anyone showed or share any classified data with him after he left the CIA, they both broke the law.

The various levels of Clearance, issuing authority, access, and need to know has been explained multiple times here on FR. Even so the same statements crop up again and again.
I won't waste bandwidth trying again.

That also applies if you ever knew Brennan or had a need to know him.
