Dangerous Distractions: The ‘mainstream’ media was at it again on Tuesday, doing its level best to ignore the really important things happening in our country and the world to focus on the freak show of the week: Omarosa Manigault-Newman.

The fired former White House staffer and reality TV ‘star’ has a ‘tell-all’ book to sell bashing POTUS Donald Trump, and though so much of what she claims in it has already been debunked, it doesn’t matter what’s happening in North Korea, China, Russia, or the Middle East: Job No. 1 for our pathetic establishment media is to ignore everything else and focus exclusively on disrupting this administration.

Case in point. Four of ABC News‘ lame correspondents wrote this earth-shattering, game-changing story yesterday: “WH press secretary: Can’t offer ‘guarantee’ there is no N-word recording.”

Today was the first day of school for thousands of students in and around Omaha, Nebraska. Yesterday, the State of Nebraska executed an inmate, who had been on Death Row since 1979. A bit of rain/drizzle had several traffic tie-ups due to accidents, and a power outage created malfunctioning traffic signals in several parts of the city.

This morning, in the very brief, local radio “news headlines” report I heard on the way to work, the LEADING story was “Sarah Sanders refuses to guarantee that Donald Trump has never said the ‘n-word’”....
