It is obvious that the bill was named after McCain to create another dumpster fire. Who cares? Interesting that the Left is suddenly in love with McCain, the Vietnam War, the military, the FBI, the CIA, etc.

If it were a school or a hospital and McCain had put a lot of effort into getting it built, I could understand the annoyance, but the country was going to have a defense budget whatever McCain did -- it's not like he invented military spending.
It's also more than a little ironic that people who might have objected under other circumstances to McCain's views on military spending are now treating him like he's a saint and his views are above criticism.

Actually the snub represents Trumps ability, yet again, to keep his word. He said he would never mention McStains name again and it seems like another promise kept.
