He’s violated the tenets of his oath to the Constitution—mainly the 4th and 5th amendment. That’s treason. I don’t like surveillance without a warrant, probable cause or jury/judge. It’s a Constitutional violation.
As long as there is sufficient scanning I don't see the need to remove a burka to detect foreign objects. The reason to remove the burka would be to identify the person under the burka. I fly a few times a year through major air ports and don't ever recall seeing someone in a burka. Now if you visit a college campus the odds are a bit better..
