Yeah, thats why the New Mexico State Police went in and raided the place without the help of the FBI. They were given the chance, but kidnapping children and hauling them across country from Georgia is no longer considered a federal crime by the FBI.
Kinda like lots of things are not considered crimes by the FBI anymore. Unless you are conservative, white, middle aged, christian, American male.
