It is doubtful the Mueller investigation is even Constitutional. Mueller is investigating Manford Mann’s crimes which were committed back when he was head of FBI. Mueller let the crimes slip through the cracks. He is there to run interference and distractions from crimes participated by his Friends in Low Places.

I don’t want to be yet another guy complaining about this Russian thing but why can’t we make this end?
It’s obvious to anyone with a brain that it’s all a conspiracy. How can we let our country fall for this? Why should a duly elected President be forced to endure all this crap when he’s trying to do the job he’s elected to do?
And we got Manafort in solitary confinement and innocent people accused of all things when it’s quite obvious there was a CABAL in the deep state whose job it was was to bring down the “enemy”.
