Maybe not as many as you would think but I do get your point. If people knew they would be tested and they knew the above, drinkers would avoid the jobs that require testing. There are plenty of jobs and plenty of independent contractor work that doesn’t require testing.

Ya know whats ironic, in the U.S., those in the most sensitive critical positions which could affect every single person in the country, are not randomly tested.☺
