Congress can remove any member of the Judicial Branch and any member of the Executive Branch.
Congress can also defund or limit and reorganize the other branches (except for the Supreme Court).
Congress has abdicated its responsibilities in favor of spending most of their time trying to steal money from others’ constituents for the benefit of their own.
And another judge could find congress in contempt and demand that they be reinstated with full funding and back pay.
See, that has been tried at the stat level, and the courts just say “No. You do not have the authority”.
