PLU is in Moscow and has been indoctrinating, primarily, blacks for decades. I ran into one of the graduates in a bar in Copenhagen in the 70's.

I tried in 2008 to put together a timeline on B HO, but their were too many disconnects and contradictions to get any kind of intelligent conclusion.
