I figure that O’Connor will net gain around 1,200 votes from the last Franklin precinct, and that Balderson will net pick up at least 1,000 votes from the remaining precinicts in Delaware, based on the vote totals from the other precincts so far; he wins by about 500 votes out of close to 200,000 cast.
The GOP in the Ohio legislature put this district together well.
