How many polling place have over 100% turnout? Only in the big cities and only Democrats get votes. They'll be the last ones to report.....gotta make sure they have enough votes if needed.

Only in the big cities and only Democrats get votes.The County in Georgia with about double the votes vs voters is in very rural NE Georgia. So much for that theory.
