So the Judge made a mistake but seems to have fixed it.
The whining that the prosecution is doing probably won’t be known by the jury but I think it makes them look bad.

One thing I really wonder about is why would the Clinton Foundation (or any other corrupt organization) keep records of their corruption? Wouldn’t they have fudged the paperwork and all documents to cover crimes? I also wonder this about these government documents that are so hard for Congress to get their hands on. Would these people actually record what they really did if it’s criminal? This makes no sense to me.

TechnoFog....Here's the Special Counsel's order to seal a limited portion of a sidebar discussion in the Manafort case.
Order cites that revealing the discussion "would reveal substantive evidence pertaining to an ongoing gov't investigation"
The sidebar conference would "remain sealed until the relevant aspect of the investigation is revealed publicly, if that were to occur."
We had previously reported that this portion of the transcript was sealed a few days back.
All this revealed that Gates was interrogated by the Special Counsel about his involvement in the campaign and the inauguration committee.
Special Counsel would have been looking into whether he falsified expense reports there, as well ask asking about any "collusion"
Hans.....What if Gates is lying about whatever it is that can’t be talked about? Manafort being denied an opportunity to further discredit Gates. Manafort case should not have gone forward until investigation was done -but of course the whole point is to squeeze Manafort by going forward.
