Kamala is not an NBC. She’s a citizen by birth to two parents who were not citizens at the time of her birth.

It was possible to muddy the waters with Obama by claiming he was NBC through Stanley Anne on his mothers side, but there’s no way that can be argued for Kamala.

I guess the Dems figure that if they get their Blue Wave, the Constitution doesn’t matter.

It really wasn’t possible to argue for Obama’s citizenship at all. He was born outside the country to a teen too young to ever confer it upon him as per the laws of 1961. And he never naturalized.
