What is this so called, by you, right to hold an opinion? How can Apple cause Alex to not be able to hold an opinion?

There are no laws restricting a private company from discriminating on any basis whatsoever including race and religion. There are laws preventing private companies from practicing some forms oaf discrimination if they are “open” to the public. There are no laws preventing a company from restricting speech on its private property. Even FreeRepublic.com is known to toss people overboard based on their opinions.

Alex has the right to his opinion as does everyone. Alex has a right to express his opinion free from the interference of the US Government. What Alex does not have is a right to be heard or publish a podcast.

Good men and women have not died so Alex can podcast on iTunes. That is an insult to the said deceased.

Facebook, a Apple and Google are open to the public.

They cannot kick someone out because politically they do not like their race religion or sex, and then say it’s their first Amendment aright as a private company.

Good men and women died so Americans can have their Rights. Last time I checked Alex was an American from Texas. It’s an insult to the deceased for you to say Rights do not apply to all Americans. Only who YOU like.

For the record, if they are allowed to get away with this then it’s all climate denier websites next and Fox News. You are playing checkers while they are playing chess.
