It's nice to see that countries/companies are preparing to leave China. The risk for China is that time may not be on their side.

It was interesting to see the "five shortages" listed. Democrat policies tend to create shortages of all 5 of them in the United States.

After numerous personal anecdotal experiences:

Given two products similar in function etc, 99% of the time the item made in Taiwan is far superior to the Chicom version.
The progress of Taiwanese manufacturing puts me in mind of Japan's postwar journey from LOL crap to some of the best in the world.

It is merely a plan. Majority of Taiwan businessmen (in Mainland) are not supporters of current government.
