I read the article this morning. All this is an attempt by the anti trump wapo to make the public think that Trump supporters are Q nuts, thereby convincing voters that Trump supporters are unhinged.
The number of actual trump supporters who buy into the Q stuff is quite tiny. Even on FR, which is entirely Trump supporters, very few people go along with this stuff.

And not just the Germans, but the deep state DC swamp creature trolls who claim to be lawyers and offer up as proof of that their home page and a not too good understanding of the law or how Washington works.
