6% commission is WAY too much. But we can't have the government interfering in a good racket, can we?
I hear hell is bright place traitor, which is where you are headed.
N00b troll.
It's fairly common knowledge that these companies in question aren't concerned about the most qualified but that they can hire the cheapest employees...And of course that's the foreign visa holders...Do you agree with that position as well???
This c-— is why the GOPe will never be a majority party. When this bitch opens her mouth to speak, and not to service her customers, she creates Democrats with every despicable word she utters.
I never did say that H1B Visas should be unlimited, have I every advocated open borders.
“6% commission is WAY too much.”
If that what the consumer is willing to pay, it is not too much.
Real estate agents are like whores with blazers and name badges without the self respect.
Apple, Amazon and Google did not get to where they are by hiring under qualified workers.
Except machines break...Someone will have to be hired to repair that machine...
Apparently you'd recommend a foreign visa holder be trained for that position because he doesn't have to be paid as much as the American...
“Real estate agents are like whores with blazers and name badges without the self respect.”
Perhaps, but here in Texas, houses sell for a bit over the asking price usually within a couple weeks.
Let’s import thousands of Indians (dot not feather) to take over real estate agent duties. Pay them a 2% commission not 6%. Force the current realtors to train their replacements, then laugh at them and call them losers who need to adapt to the modern culture, and be prepared to drop everything and move at their own expense half way across the country several times to keep their family fed.
You make a good case for union organization...
So do the hookers. The get their asking price.
“Except machines break...Someone will have to be hired to repair that machine...”
And workers break too and they have to go to the doctor and get fixed and that creates jobs.
“Apparently you’d recommend a foreign visa holder be trained for that position because he doesn’t have to be paid as much as the American...”
I would recommend the most qualified person.
Now, Heaven forbid that you came down with a serious Illness and the best doctor to treat that illness was not an American citizen, and even the second and third best doctors held visas to work in the U.S.
Would you go to the 4th or 5th best doctor simply because they are American?
What market choice would you make to select your doctor?
“You make a good case for union organization...”
No, it is the unions that want high tariffs and protectionism.
Revoke the citizenship of any employer who hires a H1B visa foreigner.
The cost of employers would drop very low. Stockholders have ever right to seek the low price of their company.
Employers, CEOs, and bosses are a commodity and their citizenship should be sold just like the H1B slave.
I understand that the real estate market will not always be good and that technology will enter the industry and reduce margins.
When that happens, I will adapt to the changes of the marketplace.
Do you know the percentage of the US workforce that is in a union?
