I would gather that you are growing rapidly.
Business is good. The challenge is finding new business. Most people use 2-5% of what Excel can do. Even 'power users' use only 10-25% of what Excel can deliver.
And that is the problem with sales. People know Excel from their own experience. They screwed up a sort so they think it is unreliable. They can't update databases easily, and have to redo formulas. All of our sales are relationship sales - from someone who knows what we can do
