Chinatown is ubiquitous, every place of any size has one.
Chicago once had a ward called “the levee”, an out-of-towner went there one day, in a bar was Mickie Finned, robbed, stripped naked and left in an alley.
Upon recovering his senses he went to court. When the judge heard the tale he called him a total fool and fined him for being so stupid as to venture into the Levee.
This was Chicago’ Chinatown and, of course, the center of Democrat Party’s power.
