The shooter seems to be having a conversation with the woman in the car. He appears to take pains to position himself so as not to threaten her, e.g., he stands 4 or 5 feet away from the car. The deceased comes out of the store and just decides to tackle the shooter from the blind-side. Again, I am 50-50 as to whether the shooter broke the law. But please, let’s not adopt the ghetto/snowflake standard as to when violence can be used.
