My mistake, not that it changes anything.
She was in her Car when the guy walked up and could have just pulled out of the Handicap Space into one of the many empty parking Spaces nearby and ended it before it began.
No matter, the Authorities and the Lawyers will sort it all out. I envision some sort of Charges being brought and a Civil Suit being filed, but that’s just my Opinion.
Of course the blame will ultimately be pinned on responsible Gun Owners and the NRA by the time it all ends.
We’re just kicking a dead Mule with these multiple Threads anyway and the only result is Butt hurt, disagreement, a variety of informed / uninformed opinions and the usual what if’s that accomplish nothing but wasted Keystrokes.
That’s it.

I just don’t believe in shooting people over fist fighting unless it’s life or death
Maybe I grew up in a different era where yes we did fight a lot and ironically I’ve fought a lot of black men..big ones....but I’m big too
I’ve pulled my guns when I had to and didn’t always fire....
But that’s my main point....I don’t normally kill folks over a fist fight
What scares me more though is getting choked out....some guys don’t know when to let off
