Assuming if mental illness is a factor, he joins a growing list of mass shooters who are mentally ill but allowed to walk the streets unfettered despite the endless warning signs.
And able to get a gun... Anyone see medical documentation yet re: mental illness? Were medications in his blood? Did he work, finish college outside or in house?
