The Russians and Chinese know about pretty much anything we lift to orbit. Funny thing about secrecy is that it is often only secret to the citizens who pay for the fun stuff. I never understood the point of secret efforts when our enemies are fully aware of them. What's the point of the secrecy then?

Example, if we had a two man space station up there for a long time, all the space powers (and most of the non powers) certainly know about it.
