I saw/heard that.
The ‘claim’ is the Police warned them of the ‘other group’ forming and armed with bats etc and basically telling them they would leave if a riot broke out.

Which raises the question

WHY are they there in the first place.?

Or, if “WE” show up for a ‘meeting’ with guns, knives, bats, chains etc the Police will just leave.

I can understand not wanting anyone to get needlessly hurt but kind of like telling the troops that the aircraft flying cover for them will leave if anyone starts shooting at them.

I guess that unless you are of the ‘protected class’ you are unable to gather in protest.

OF course MSM making it seem like OKs ‘chickened out’ which in a broad sense of a word they did BUT kind of stupid to hang around when YOU are checked for no weapons and an ‘armed’ opposition shows up L&O leaves.
