I accepted a job being a stenographer decades ago when shorthand was taught in high school. I was told beforehand that every steno who took dictation from that particular boss eventually came out of his office in tears. I got a nice little salary compensation for taking dictation and until I left that job for greener ($$) pastures, I never felt the need to cry or even tear up when working for him. He simply wanted his letters, correspondence, and memos to say exactly what he was trying to say. This complaining and quitting steno should have quit long before she did.

Someone upthread said they’d have fired every leftover from the traitor halfrican’s tenure.

Following thorough reviews, and with very few deserving exceptions, I completely agree.

Imagine that !
You did your job well (sans drama) for someone who expected competence and rewarded you for same.
Those concepts have become alien to the minds of millions in our national devolution.
