The decision "cannot be made until parents not only have had time to fully discuss the ramifications with their children, but also to hear from the child's advocate or counsel, who can explain to the parent the likelihood of the child ultimately prevailing in his or her own asylum case if left behind in the U.S. (as well as where the child is likely to end up living)," the ACLU said.

???? So their going to get legal advice about seeking asylum from their minor children? Those poor little 3 years olds crying for mommy?

Wait a cotton picking minute!! Can I say that?

Now they will separate the children from their parents if the child can prevail alone on an asylum application?

I thought that was too traumatic for the children?

The LEFT just wants to return to the way it was, Open borders/Catch and Release, any way they can.
