And that’s why he probably wouldn’t win in court. He made himself a public figure with that comment. Apparently he made an even worse comment on Twitter which was taken down. Musk took down his comment, too.
Gawd...boys will be boys. I applaud Musk for trying to help, I applaud Unsworth for helping. Unsworth started the name calling, Musk responded in kind. If it goes to court, and I were a Judge, I’d admonish them both for wasting the Court’s time and make them apologize to each other and toss any court action out.
