That whole thing is interesting at so many levels. Scott Adams thinks he’s prissing like this because he is confident, and feels untouchable. That may be so. But where I have seen that sort of behavior the most - is at sentencing in criminal courts. A lot of criminal offenders have this bizarre notion that they are above it all; untouchables. Poster boys for Dunning Kruger effect.
