Congress is Constitionally tasked with oversight of the department of justice and the FBI. Rosenstein is stonewalling Congress. Therefore, Congress is with its powers and it’s right to impeach him and remove him from office.
And more importantly, their responsibility. Congress needs to do their damned job instead of producing dramas.
