We could start calling them the Hanover's again. They only became the Windsors during World War I when it became clear that it wasn't fashionable to have a German Royal family.
I will, however, except the Queen since she served the RAF as a teenage mechanic during World War II.

The Queen is the one Royal for whom I have respect.
Considering her young service in Britain’s time of war and the fact that she is 92 years old and can walk up and down to review the troops, along with her seemingly pleasant attraction toward our President, makes me like her even more.
I think she has a quiet dignity and grace that is appealing.

Wiki says: during World War I, George V changed the name of his branch from “Saxe-Coburg and Gotha” to “Windsor” in 1917
Germans have been on the throne going back to George I who spoke no english.
