Of course, you could be right, but I doubt it, because Manchin is not that fond of Schumer to start with and Trump won WVA by 40 points.

Voters in WVA despise Schumer.

Manchin will vote yes, just like he did for Gorsuch ... Manchin is desperately trying to get re-elected in WV, and ultra-red state, and no matter how the Dems vote, Kavanaugh will be approved ... several other seriously threatened Dem Senators will vote yes as well ... self-preservation tops “resistance” with this bunch ...
