What else did you expect.....? On the other hand police should not have free reign either as they have their fair share of bad apples. I realize that it is a fine line not always easy to follow and make the right judgement in a split second.
I certainly wouldn’t risk being brought up on felony charges over a drug addled future aeronautical engineer if I were a Baltimore cop.

All you say is true! But I know from friends who are retired LEOs that the level of inhumanity and $hit cops have to deal with on a daily basis, coupled with their need for self-preservation, and the end result is some lawlessness in the ranks and a twisted sense of what reality is.
