They usually add descriptors like "Cheeto","Julius or "Gibbon" to emphasize their orange meme.

These leftist are the same ones that go apoplectic if someone refers to theirs magic negro as a "chocolate drop"' "porch monkey" or "pavement ape" (racism you know).

Same line of inconsistent reasoning they use in making fun of the "Tea Party" by giggling and calling them "teabaggers" while again going ballistic if someone calls their rainbow people fags, rump rangers or homos.
