It would be a foolish and incompetent foreign Intel service that didn’t hack the DNC when it was such a wide open target!
Even if it wasn’t open and “screaming hack me (more like copy & download me!)” and opportunity to get personal Intel on potential US leaders is to good an opportunity to pass up.

They really don’t give a “Rat’s Ass (to coin a description!) about national security, national sovereignty, etc (anything with the word “national” in it!). In their eyes all thats just an excuse to keep womyn and minorities oppressed!
