Interesting he is moving these charges over to the DOJ directly. They are now extension of Mueller investigation. This is an investigation that will never result in any prosecutions. It is just a paper exercise. There will be no extraditions. Will they try in absentia? Doubt it. Shifting it over to DOJ is just like filing it. Mueller doesn't want to bothered with this meaningless case.
