Clearly the FBI is utterly, completely, inalterably corrupt.
Since Congress created them, I suggest they disband them.
Starting tomorrow.
The FBI has 35,000 employees and a budget of almost 9 billion. Can’t see much of anything changing the FBI culture at this point, it was probably too late 50 years ago. DOJ employees campaign contributions supposedly went 97% for Hillary, that’s more than the IRS at only 94%. Can’t see the FBI being any different.

I've said as much in the past - disband FBI and create a completely new force out of the US Marshall Service, but under the Homeland Security umbrella.
