Just watched a small part of Poe's questioning of this arrogant jerk. I haven't seen any other part of this, but it's astounding that this guy is defending himself in this manner. There is not a shred of humility or contrition. Further, his points are meritless. If your physician was overheard making comments about what a disgusting human being you were, would you trust him with your health? Same goes for your mechanic, or anyone else you are asked to put trust in. He is an unprofessional lowlife who should never, ever have his picture on an FBI ID.

No, that “have you no decency” is acknowledgement of a defeat.

There is a single, precise task: Get the deponent to contradict themselves in one sentence. It’s acceptable though undesirable to have to use two sentences to stage the contradiction. But you as questioner have utterly failed if you can not get the deponent to directly contradict themselves.

If you have that, you can indict Mike Flynn because he thought that a phone convo occurred on a Thursday when it really happened Wednesday, even if the convo has nothing to do with anything. I saw some of the hearing earlier when he was being questioned by Goodlatte. Strzok said he did not think he was biased. Goodlatte did not agree but refused to decimate Strzok as he should have.

Strzok seemed to be handling himself pretty well having been well trained in Clintonian method of boldface lying.
