I’d agree. I would further challenge anyone to provide a logical or sentential difference between “extreme carelessness” and “gross negligence”. Just because one is in the wording of the statute and one is not does not differentiate any sort of separate meanings. I think they have perfectly identical meanings.
I thought then and think now, that as long as HRC is unindicted, the entire legal system is an unflushed toilet.
I see Dana Perino is predictably indignant at the “public lynching” of Strzk. She is especially mad at Louie Gohmert.
Being a Never Trumper, I’m sure Dana Perino was rooting on the investigation of the Trump campaign by the FBI and Strzok. She is mad at Louie because he questioned Strzok’s his integrity when lying to his wife while having an affair. Dana Perino is the worst Press Secretary ever.
So coupled with Strzk still having a security clearance when he is "out of compliance," pretty heavy stuff if all true.

This guy has been coached for months, he is NOT paying for representation out of his own pocket, and the corruptocrats at the FBI are still covering for him. He’s got dozens of lawyers and dozens of politicians running interference for him.
He’s practiced answering every single question, word for word, with dramatic emphasis, dozens of times. He knows he’s untouchable.
His arrogance is so powerful that even with the sound off, I am irritated.

Strzok - I don’t remember anything about anolomolies in Hillary’s emails, but we investigated it thoroughly. And don’t question my credibility!
And Louie Gohmert sure wiped the smirk off his face for a few minutes.
I bet FBI campaign contributions went 90% + to Clinton in 2016.

Based on the spin I am seeing elsewhere, despite the fireworks, media coverage will state the following:
“The Strzok hearing and all the conspiracy-mongering is a distraction from the big story:
Trump has tried to cover-up Putin’s attack on American democracy, which aimed to help Trump.”
Agree, and the Rats want to award him the Purple Heart.
