Avoiding, at least for now, handing Mueller and his umpteen Dem lawyers any ammution that would help them bring Obstrucion of Justice charges against the President.
That is all there is to Trump’ seeming lack of action. But, knowing Trump, I for one would not expect this position to last forever. When he decides to move I think he will.
