You ever been to DC? Damage to those streets is a distinct possibility. As is DC's City Council using any damage as an excuse to stick it to federal taxpayers.

Probably their French Revolution Syndrome again. They are terrified that a single Trump-supporting Colonel with the right hardware at his command might suddenly find himself in a position to rip World Socialism out by its roots. :)
