However, when the Haitian prople started to clamor for their relief, the Clintons responded by forcing the corrupt Dominican government to open the border and allow the poorest and most criminal element to swarm Dominican cities, take away jobs, reduce wages, multiply the crime rate and introduce exotic diseases thought under control.
