If he’s a constitutional judge, then why did he say it’s ok for taxpayers to pay for the murder (abortion) of someone who’s not even a citizen.

Have you even read the Garza opinion? Didn’t think so, because if you had, then you would know that intially Kavanaugh wrote the majority opinion for the three-judge panel, which stayed the district’s order that directed the abortion. The petitioner then requested an en banc panel hearing from(the 15 active judges on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, who overturned the Kavanaugh opinion. Kavanaugh issued a stinging dissent in support of his initial opinion, which stayed the order granting the abortion.
