RE: Convince me that he would vote to overturn Roe vs. Wade.

Sorry, but he’s going to disappoint you in this regard.

SOURCE: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brett_Kavanaugh

Kavanugh has stated that he considers Roe v. Wade binding under the principle of stare decisis and would seek to uphold it,[23] but has also ruled in favor of some restrictions for abortion.

In May 2006, Kavanaugh stated he “would follow Roe v. Wade faithfully and fully” and that the issue of the legality of abortion has already “been decided by the Supreme Court”.[23] During the hearing, he stated that a right to an abortion has been found “many times”, citing Planned Parenthood v. Casey

Exactly. He is not going to overturn Roe v Wade.

He also was on the investigation that concluded (falsely) that Vince foster killed himself.

I am a Trump supporter through and through - but this was a bad pick.

All of that shows that I was right when I recommended against him before today’s announcement.

May the next nominee be pro-life.

Protecting innocent little preborn babies is the most important thing that the Supreme Court Justices can endorse, and to do so they need to fully overturn Roe, Casey, and all other pro-abortion decisions, not just agree to some paltry restrictions.

Was that in the context of an Appellate Judge, or a SC judge?

Anyways, Roe isn’t going anywhere, Roberts wouldn’t let it.
