. @Lufthansa_DE COLOSSAL failure. Almost all of the bags for EVERYONE on our flight (#850) from Frankfurt to Helsinki didn’t make it on the plane. How did it even leave without someone saying there were only 10-15 bags on it?!Horrible. Going to change airlines home.
